Board approves 3% COLA increase for retirees on July 1, 2020
The Franklin Regional Retirement Board, at its March 25, 2020 meeting, voted a retirees’ COLA of 3% beginning July 1, 2020. The maximum COLA base for the retirees’ annual COLA remains at $17,000.
